- How does the monthly fragrance subscription work?
Each month, we curate two unique, clean fragrances (one floral/fruity and one woody/spicy). As a subscriber, you can pick which of the two you want—or opt to be surprised! Each fragrance comes in a glass roller vial (5ml for alcohol base or 3ml for oil base fragrance depending on the brand and formulation), designed to last about a month when used everyday.
- Do you offer unisex or gender-specific fragrances?
All scents will be unisex. We want everyone to find something they love, regardless of the traditional fragrance “labels.” As we grow, we’ll continue providing a balance of scent styles to cater to diverse preferences.
- What if I prefer alcohol-free fragrances?
We recognize that some customers need alcohol-free formulas (due to religious, skin, or personal reasons). At least a couple of our featured scents each quarter will be alcohol-free (oil-based or water-based). If there’s enough demand, we plan to offer a dedicated “Halal Collection” track where subscribers can exclusively receive alcohol-free fragrances.
- Can I skip a month if I have too much perfume or don’t like the selections?
Yes! We allow subscribers to skip at no charge. If you need a break, simply click the “Pause (My account –>My Subscriptions)” button. You will need to enter a resume date, and submit. This flexibility ensures you only receive fragrances when you truly want them.
- What is the Quarterly Bundle option?
In addition to the monthly plan, we offer a Quarterly Bundle where you receive three fragrances in one shipment every three months. This reduces shipping frequency and can be more convenient for those who prefer fewer deliveries. You’ll pay a one-time charge each quarter, and we’ll send you that quarter’s curated set all at once.
- How do you ensure the quality and authenticity of your fragrances?
We only partner with reputable, “clean” fragrance brands that comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards. We maintain a strict checklist to avoid questionable ingredients (e.g., no phthalates, no parabens). We only source directly from brand owners or authorized distributors to guarantee authenticity.
- How do I manage my subscription (update details, skip, or cancel)?
Everything can be done through your online account:
- Change Plans: Switch from monthly to quarterly or floral/fruity to woody/spicy to surprise me (or vice versa).
- Update Info: Change your shipping address, payment method, or fragrance preference.
- Skip or Cancel: Skip and set resume date or cancel outright before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
- What if I don’t like a scent or have an adverse reaction?
We know not every fragrance will be a perfect match. While we can’t accept returns of opened perfume (for hygiene reasons), our goal is to keep you happy:
- Credit or Swap: If you truly dislike a scent or experience a reaction, let us know. We may offer a credit for a future month or facilitate a swap if possible.
- Damaged Shipments or Lost Packages: We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged or gets lost in transit. Just contact us, and we’ll make it right promptly.
